Would recommend to anyone that doesn’t have to have everything modern. Our room was just over the “breakfast room” so we could hear them downstairs talking but it wasn’t a nuisance. Room was still very warm even though it’s was an old building and in the teens outside. Very similar to a bed and breakfast but on a larger scale. "
