I spoke with the Manager Pam Gravely during checkout and informed her that the cleaning staff did not clean my room on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Although the sign clearing indicated my request to have the room cleaned, they did not. The Manager (Rick) on duty Sunday evening, stated the sign needed to be posted prior to 9:30 a.m. This policy was not posted and when asked where is it written, Rick replied, "that is just how it is done." Pam refuted Rick's statement.
At approximately 10:20 a.m., while preparing for checkout, a cleaning staff member forced entry into the room while a family member was using the bathroom, after being asked to stop and return later.. When told she was in error, she explained she had to get the room cleaned.
Manager Pam Gravely stated she would speak to her and then instructed me to provide her contact information to Expedia so I can be refunded for Saturday, June 21, 2025.
Her contact information is P 336-893-7540. Pam Gravely stated she is at the hotel up until 1:00 p.m. week days and all day on the weekend's. She let me know she is documenting this concern and upon your contact, she will refund Expedia's credit card and Expedia in return will refund mine.
