「我抵達酒店沒有櫃台沒人接待經警衛人员連繋後等了30分鐘後跑过来的是一个黑人告訴我説我訂的房間已経没有了我説已経訂完了也已付款了為何？他也無法解答？硬要我住其它酒店并另硬要问我收錢馬幣650令吉是何理由？這僡播上網出去誰敢預訂H. C 的酒店？請回答！」

「Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. 」

「This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all.」

「Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. 」

「LIKES: 1. The building/floor was by secure access. 2. It was located close to the to CBD. 3. A monorail line ran in front of the building. 4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre. 5. A large variety of food outlets in the building and in the general area. 6. Swimming pool on 15th floor. DISLIKES 1. No reception and no access access post 10:00pm. 2. Room furnishings and kitchenette were very basic. 3. Evidence of some cigarette burns on furniture. 4. How to rectify door...

「The staffs was very helpful and attended to request made. Nice place, great location, lots of restaurants and shops around. Especially room views from the higher floors were very beautiful. 」

「We went as a family of 4. Very good resort. Quiet and serene surrounding. The resort uses natural resources such as solar power for electricity & water from the underground. Friendly staff and clean room. Suitable for nature lovers, went up nature trail to view sunrise. The kids get to feed the fish, ducks & chickens bring fishing rods for catching fish in the pond in front of the chalet.」

「I booked a night here at the last minute the day of because my original plan was put on hold. I arrived in a stressed out state and was immediately put at ease by the family that runs the place and they went out of their way to check and make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. 」
