「The property is immaculately clean. The property has an amazing view of the harbor. The host is very accommodating and very helpful. The property is very close to a lot of tourist attractions.」

「Oh dear. Having worked in hospitality and tourism for close to 30 years, I always try to find the positive when things go wrong but booking this apartment was a huge mistake. We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. Unfortunately by that point we’d found a seemingly endless list of snagging points including leaking...

「Great stay, the room and the building itself transports you back in time a little bit, and it has such an amazing atmosphere. The proximity to the train station is excellent, especially for a solo traveler who’s moving from place to place on a daily basis. A 15 minute walk to the center and old center and very close to public transport.」

「This is an appartement turned into a bnb. Receptionist is only there when you arrive and leave and speasks italian. Wifi and elevator works sporadically. 」

「Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per una notte e, purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio ci aspettavamo un’accoglienza più rapida. Oggi molti B&B permettono di completare il check-in online prima dell’arrivo, mentre qui abbiamo dovuto attendere la registrazione dei documenti in reception. Inoltre, la camera non era ancora completamente pronta, un letto doveva ancora essere sistemato. La struttura aveva un odore di chiuso e di...
