"I arrived at the property on the lookout for a dated room because of a number of the reviews that I read. But when I walked into our room, I was pleasantly surprised by how tastefully it was decorated and how updated the amenities in our room were. The hotel met all of our needs and then some. The location is unbeatable (though, I'd definitely opt for a lake view if we were to stay here again. And the staff responded promptly to our needs. The only complaint I have about our room is the letout couch. Uncomfortable is an understatement- whether you were sitting on the sofa or trying to sleep on the bed. On the other hand, the mattress in the bedroom was quite comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend Bella Vista Suites. Note to the Staff: The room was decoeated really nicely. The coastal vibes were spot on. But the barstools are such a precious color and fabric selection for a hotel that welcomes families. Trying to keep them spot free was an olympic sport. As a guest with snall children, I would recommend/ appreciate a space that is slightly more tiny tot friendly. Thanks."
