「The townhouse was very clean, spacious and conveniently located (walking distance) to downtown Memphis. It was well equipped with electronics and amenities. They even included snacks and basic items that most properties don’t provide. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「The property was fine the thing was check in was at 3 and we arrived around 6 and room was not ready and only microwave was on the first floor no iron only a steamer no wash clothes in room」

「At the time of check in, we were asked if we had a pet and we said NO. We were tired from our travel and went to the room for a good night sleep. I mentioned to my wife about some smell and she said it might be from cleaning. Next morning when we woke with smell and noice of dogs in the hallway, we realized that we were given pet friendly room on the second floor that is only for those who have pets. The size of the dogs was no limit and the noice in early morning was too loud. So much for...

「My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.」

「Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!」

「Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn」
