「The staff were so friendly and accommodating from check-in, the parking, and the lounge. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We found the room was too hot, but adjusted the thermostat to our comfort level. The only complaint I really would have is the additional "sustainability fees" of $14.99 plus HST / night (These should be included in the price of the hotel).
