「Staff was great! Room and location perfect!」

「We stayed in the Power Plant building. The dinosaur and geologic collection were fantastic. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. First night there was loud music coming from the bar downstairs until 10:30 PM, but at least they stopped on time. We ate breakfast at the Turbine Market & Cafe each day which was very good. Also had lunch at the Savannah Tequila Co. which was also very good.」

「Beautiful property and great food. Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups. Understand the hotel is only three months...
