「The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. It made the space uncomfortable to stay in, and the odor did not go away even after some time. I contacted the front desk to see if we could move to a different room, but unfortunately they told us no other rooms were available. I also asked about the possibility of a refund because the condition of the room made the stay unpleasant, but that request was denied as well. Overall, it was a frustrating experience because we were stuck...

「Room was clean although the setup was odd, but just in that weird hotel setup way. Good water pressure in shower. Very nice continental breakfast and staff was nice. Would stay again. Didn’t use pool.」

「The hotel is clean but dated. The staff is very friendly. Parking was good and easy. The bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet had a hard time flushing. 」

Towels were the big issue through out the stay as they never seemed to have enough of those for the room or the pool.」

「This hotel was great! Staff were polite, rooms were clean, great location. Only complaint I had during our stay is that thwy advertise an outdoor pool but fail to include operational dates. We specifically picked this hotel for the pool and were very sad to see it wasn't open even though the temps were consistently high 80's low 90's. 」
