「Room was very clean and a comfortable stay.」

「Staff was friendly and helpful. My issue was that the rooms cleanliness and maintenance wasn’t the best. I was attending a wedding and I used the iron in the room on my white shirt. As I was using the iron I realized the iron was dirty with some sort of dark sticky residue that left spots on my brand new dress shirt. Floors and walls were also dirty as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped for a while. Sink was also in bad condition. Hard to explain but I took pictures. I would’ve gotten over all...

「Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. 」

「This quaint motel is an ideal spot for a quiet overnight stay. Tucked off from the main road with on street parking in front and a lot in back of the building. The staff is really friendly from the young lady at check-in and AJ, who made me feel welcomed and was a delight to chat with. My room was clean, pest-free and included a microwave mini-fridge, tv with cable channels a comfy bed and hot shower which was all I needed. 「From the looks of the furniture and fixtures I believe the property had recently been refurbished. The beds were comfortable. The shower was nice with plush towels. There was a large TV, frig, microwave, coffee maker all in the room. As usual breakfast was provided and this time I tried the Belgium waffles. Very good. This is a convenient location and very inviting」

「The rooms were very large. We did have to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. The breakfast we very good but on the second day they ran out of food about 30 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and did not replenish.」
