「We arrived at 1045pm and checked in. However, when we asked for a luggage cart - the front desk said - we only have two and they are being used. We went upstairs with a few items and then waited and went back down stairs 20 minutes later and asked again and were told they had not been returned yet. We asked do you know who took them? Was it someone you just checked in? The front desk clerk had no clue. We are two handicapped people and could not haul all of our into the hotel. The front desk...

「Very clean hotel with convenient location as well. Staff was extremely helpful and offered suggestions on where to eat and grab a drink. They greeted us every time we entered the lobby. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Felt very safe and would certainly stay here again.」
