「Our room was clean, hot tub was nice. Location was very convenient! Beautiful area to hike in! Love the Blackhills. This was not a cabin but a motel room- we were supposed to have a queen bed but it was a double. We had a little kitchen but did not look like the pictures on Expedia. Very expensive for a motel room, but it was the 4th of July.」

「I booked this hotel because Expedia stated that cats were allowed. At check-in, however, I was told that cats were not permitted and that the hotel was not responsible for Expedia’s listing. I had already completed check-in before fully resolving the issue, so I understand that this may have limited my cancellation or refund options. However, I was still disappointed by how the situation was handled. I was told to contact the manager myself, and the front desk did not seem willing to help...

「Bathroom needs shower tiles bleach cleaned for mildew. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers. Breakfast needs basic updates (juice dispenser, some fresh fruit, eggs-, Beds were good. AC noisy and distracted sleep. Sorry- not the best stay」

「This was a slice of Heaven for the kids (ages 10, 6, and 4)! Stayed in a row cabin. We’re all still talking about the fun zone! Pool, playgrounds, volleyball, bags, movie night, water slide! My daughter and I loved our houseback ride from the stable on property! More activities that we didn’t even get to! Yummy pizza at the pizza place near the stable. Very fun!」
