Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor."

"Room is fine, spacious and clean. Location is right in downtown, but not convenient to walk to any restaurant or grocery. Swimming pool is closed and the fitness room is short of maintenance, no clean towels or wipes. Wallpaper in bathroom is cracked."
