「Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..」

Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. 「Rooms are large and have plenty of seating/relaxing area with great views from the balcony. Kitchen is has all items needed for cooking. Washer/dryer in unit. Location is 5-10 min walk downhill (with lower entry gate on the main road) to town and beach area. Uphill return walk takes longer. 」

Las albercas grandes y hermosas; excelente acceso a la playa. ¡Lo mejor que tiene hotel es su personal! Excelente atención y la comida y bebidas muy ricas. La mayoría de los precios son de esperarse en este tipo de hotel pero si hay algunas cosas demasiado caras. Volvería una y mil veces más.」

「El hotel es muy cómodo, solamente el detalle de que te tocan la puerta a las 9.30 am para preguntarte si vas a requerir limpieza en la habitación. Pudiera ser un poco más tarde para no interrumpir el descanso del huésped, o colocar algún indicador sobre la necesidad o no de limpieza en la habitación」
