「This was a very roomy accommodation within walking distance to downtown and just steps away from a delightful park and boardwalk. Staff are helpful and the shuttle to the airport a factor of our decision to stay there. The unit was clean with the exception of the upholstered furniture which is dated and heavily stained.」

「Old, historic, bathroom down the hall, staff terrific, smelled like it was 100+ years old but not in a bad way. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 nights there. The stairs were steep and inappropriate for any one with mobility problems. In the middle of old town Juneau.」

「Expedia booked us the wrong day. We stayed Friday and Saturday. They booked us Sunday. Expedia refused to credit us Sunday unless the hotel oks it. I spoke to the hotel desk several times. They assured me they would take care of it. They did not! So I got charged for a room i never used!」

「We enjoyed our stay here . The staff was very friendly and helpful, even hurrying to bring my phone charger out to me as we waited for a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was good and the room, while a little small, was comfortable and decently equipped. It’s a bed and breakfast so don’t expect a fancy modern hotel.」

「It was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice, and the grab and go breakfast options for people leaving early were nice. The shuttle service was fast and easy. The only downside was that there's no fan or anything to move air around in the room so it's stuffy, and we couldn't sleep with the window open because even with it closed the road noise was super loud. Apparently everyone who leaves the stoplight outside has to drag race on green. So overall fine, but not the best night of sleep...
