We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???

I am from Australia. Twice I wrote and cancelled my booking which was completely ignored. The hotel went ahead and charged me plus the exchange rate. If a hotel doesn’t read their emails how can they go ahead and treat people correctly when they aren’t even there? I would never recommend this hotel.

I am sorry that you had this experience. Can you please advise where you wrote to, to cancel this as we have no record of the cancellation. Our policy is 24 hour advanced notice, but if there was an email. I would be happy to refund you the funds. Please advise so that we can make this right. Thank you

Clean hotel, but a little dated
Nice hotel, shows its age but its clean and the beds aren't bad. I'd stay here ag as in if I was in the area.

Good location, right off highway and close to fishing access. Older motel but perfect for our fishing outing.
