「My card continues to be charged by them and they will not give me a reason why. On the day of check out they charged me an extra $60. When I called and asked why, I was told it was a mistake and would be reversed in a few days. A few days later they charged me over $100 more. Continuing to try to speak to them and they cannot give me answer as to why it is happening.」

「The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.」

「The hotel was very new and clean. Full size kitchen and fridge! Ample parking. Bed was good. Every thing seemed great. However, it didn't include breakfast. But the part that didn't work out for me was the internet connectivity. I don't know whether internet was bad for the whole building or not. I stayed in the higher level and it was like no internet at all. If you need to work while staying in the hotel, this hotel may not work out for you.」

「The Guest House is impeccably maintained and in a great location to experience downtown. There was plenty of off street free parking behind the home. Beds and rooms are very comfortable and there is complimentary items for breakfast in the kitchen.」

「Overall, the stay was great. Location is perfect for walking around downtown Raleigh. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were above and beyond when it came to requesting extra towels and sundries (coffee, cups, etc.) and telling us about local information. We loved the shuffleboard table on the second floor. My family enjoyed the chance to have fun downstairs and not go back to the room right away. There is one item that was a...
