「This post is not about Tru, thiabis a bad experience with expedia. I book this a week prior by accident. I bought the 9 dollar insurance as well. I booked the wrong date, it was completely my fault, I was unable to file a claim and expedia would not help me. They blamed it on the hotel and told me some one would reach out to me in 2-3 days from our conversation. That was last Monday. I will becanceling my expeida account and spend my money elsewhere were.」

「The front desk could speak new English. I paid $170 for the room. They said it was a $35 incidental fee that would be held my credit card. I get there. They charge me 170+ another $125 for incidental fee. Room smell like they have not been cleaned out in years just old, moldy, smelly, terrible place advise do not stay there」

It was reasonably priced and as I had to stay for a week, this was really important. Issues: microwave didn’t function, the knobs on the stove had been removed and there was no hair dryer.」

「The elevators were not working I told the receptionist that my knees couldn’t make it up 2flights of stairs she hunched her shoulders and said to you want to voids out your payment! After finally making up to the room I went to the bathroom pubic hairs were all over the toilet seat and in the shower!」

「I loved the location. Every place I needed to go was near and easy to get to. I also loved the fact that there was a variety of restaurants near by as well. Quiet atmosphere and welcoming staff. Definitely will be back when I'm in NC.」
