「I would not stay in Best Western Plus Edison Inn in Garner, NC. This is not your typical Best Western. This property was old, the rooms smelled, and the check-in experience was atrocious. I took the front desk person 20 minutes to check me in to my room at 12:30 am in the morning when no one else was around. 」

「Let’s start with the check-in process, I called to verify check-in time in which I was told it is from 4pm-530am. We had arrive 4 hours after check-in just to be told that our reservations were canceled because they had no way of contacting us (we booked through Expedia), on top of them having us double booked for 4 rooms! Not correct. So we rebooked onsite. Proceeded to go to our rooms in which I asked could we be sided, I had the impression that we would! Room 207 and 209 is what we were...
