「They need to changed the carpet in the rooms. The carpet looked clean, but smelled a little musty. Everything else is very clean.」

「My reservation was booked incorrectly and all that it needed was a change of location from Clayton to Garner. My Garner rep fought for me as she even went out of her way to get the Clayton GM involved. In the end, i was told I lost out on that reservation and the money spent.
