The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. They are remodeling the first floor but there was no inconvenience as far as i was concerned. We will stay there again.
Hotel was going thru renovation, our queen bed sunk in, called office and they immediately gave us another room , slept well, was quite, breakfast was nice

Whole place was under renovation- dusty, everything on lockdown including ice machines, swim pool etc and yet they charged full price??

Elevator was broken so staying on the third floor was a challenge especially with luggage. Our window was sealed with toilet paper so could hear all the traffic. Our bathroom was very moldy smelling.

The motel is undergoing refurbishment and apparently our room is complete? But the people that painted our room had paint all over the desk, chair, and floor seams. The vanity front was in bad condition the places where the floor tiles met the walls were gross. Shared my comments with both the desk help and the manager and got unsatisfactoy answers. This place needs to be investigated by your corporate inspection teams!!!! NOW, before anyone else has to put up with this! place!

The pool was not working, the elevator was not working, the walls are super thin so you hear every noise outside your room into the hotel and outside in the parking lot.

No pool. No elevator. Stairs had chunks of plaster, I guess from remodeling. The staff seemed in concerned about the situation. We both have physical issues which made it very difficult to climb to the 3rd floor.

Room was not clean. 2nd floor felt like it was 90° all night. Several panhandlers in the parking lot asking for a handout. Probably won’t stay here again.

We made this reservation via the Hotels app while we were rolling into Gallup after experiencing a flat tire at 10pm on New Year's Eve. We happily found the room to be clean, comfortable and warm. We even got breakfast provided. Thanks for a great night of rest when we had planned to drive straight through. Oh, not that we needed it, but we're pleased to see a noon checkout time. That seemed unusual. We decided to roll on to Albuquerque on our spare tire to have it flat replaced.

Fan in bathroom was connected to the light and was very loud. It appeared, due to sinage in the lobby, that the hotel may be under renovation (3rd floor was closed)

The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Our room furnishings were shabby. (I did mention it to the Staff.) Staff said they are under renovation. Breakfast coffeemaker, juice dispenser out of order and sausage or bacon out.

Grumpy front desk people. More like gatekeepers or loss prevention. The franchise owner is a price gouger. Not even close to what they should charge. $25 per night for a hypo-allergenic fifteen pound poodle dog; fully trained. Thumbs down on this place. The only thing good about this place was it's cleaning staff. The HVAC thermostat didn't even work. I didn't complain out of fear of retaliation.
