The food was exceptional and the dinner buffet very good value head and shoulders above most we have experienced in terms of quality and choice. 「The lounge offered a very culturally diverse breakfast bar or you could order from the breakfast menu as part of the included breakfast. The staff was out of their way helpful, and they are able to help with booking a car or other excursions on the island of Crete. They responded to all of our requests with grace, kindness and over the top accommodation. It is just outside of Chania city so quieter with big city comforts.」

"The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time. "
