Staffed welcomed us and explained the hotel amenities, then took us to our beautiful room. The hotel is close to all the action but down a quiet alley and you feel the difference. Had such a great time.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Staff was lovely, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean. There are not enough superlatives for how wonderful this hotel is. The ruins inside are also so cool! Definitely a must stay!

The location of this hotel in the Old Town was perfect especially as we didn't rent a car. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing!! The breakfast was really nice and a good variety. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the Old Town in Chania.

The monastery Estates was a beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The whole experience felt like I stepped back in time. The one concern I had was there’s apparently assigned tables for breakfast, make sure you ask where yours is otherwise you may get yelled at.

I LOVED this hotel! It’s beautiful & peaceful boutique retreat in the center of Old Port but wonderfully tucked away down a small pedestrian alley providing a peaceful environment with all the convenience. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly at both the front desk and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was fantastic…not to be missed! I stayed in room 102 which was a bit nicer lay out than my friends room who was in 101

The location is very good and the staff are very helpful to arrange tours such as to samaria gorge and wine/cheese tours. The hot tub on the balcony was a hidden gem i was not expecting to enjoy as much as i did. The pool is bookable and is also very nice to use.

Hotel is beautiful. Its exactly what you’d expect to find in Greece. Staff was nice and helpful. Reason for 3 stars: The room was very spacious but cheaply built. The flooring was creaking and would flex a lot. The shower was emitting a mold smell and upon closer inspection, there was mold all along the perimeter of the shower. I hate to call out such a nice hotel however this may be a big issue with a certain crowd. I hope they take this into consideration for future tenants. Beyond these 2 issues, everything else was amazing.

Superbt läge! Extremt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fina faciliteter. Maten håller hög klass, frukosten som serveras är likaså väldigt smaklig.

So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!

The monetary is such a find. We booked this as a treat at the end of a family holiday. The location is perfect, so central. Just down a cute side street. The accommodation is beautiful - renovated to a high standard. The receptionists were so friendly always making time to talk to us about our day or help with anything. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite on arrival which had a roof terrace and hot tub. The room was modern and clean, v comfortable and we made use of the roof terrace one afternoon, looking over the rooftops with a mythos! Would definitely return - a nice unique place. We didn’t try the restaurant but it looked lovely with lots of options.
