「Accueil très agréable à l'arrivée. La chambre est impeccable et la literie de qualité. La carte pour le repas du soir est un peu chère tout comme le surcoût pour un animal de compagnie 15€ au lieu de 12 sur le site. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant. Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet établissement ou j'avais déjà séjourné」

「Our host Elisabeth was wonderful. Nothing was too much. Friendly and spoke any great English thankfully which made our stay very positive. The room was great and so was the bathroom and toilet. The bedroom over overlooked the alps. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The meal that was prepared on arrival (precooked) was delicious prepared and cooked with her own fair hand. 「This family owned hotel is in the heart of Cauterets. The hotel is older and is evident when you walk the stairs and hallways where you can feel the slant in the floors. The room was very large and clean, with older french style furniture and curtains. The bathroom is very modern and had a large soaking tub. Like many French bathrooms, the toilet was in a separate “closet” outside the main bathroom, and although this is a bit odd at least this one had a hand sink inside. The breakfast was...

「Situation géographique intéressante, parking sécurisé restaurant au top. La chambre standard est plutôt restreinte… ce qui n’est pas le cas des supérieures, mais nous n’avons pas feu le choix. Sinon, le personnel aussi est top !👍」

「We stayed one night but it was a lovely chalet and would make a good base for walking etc The reception had a good choice for breakfast and a selection of pre made evening meals to purchase.」

「My wife and I stayed one night on a motorcycle trip. The staff tried hard to welcome us even our French wasn’t very good. The evening meal was also very good. Our only niggle is that despite an heat wave the bar/cafe still didn’t open until 6.30pm and there were no other facilities in the village.」
