En general el hotel está bien pero las instalaciones ya están un poco viejitas. El servicio de spa es solo para 1 hora y la mitad de las cosas estaban estropeadas o fuera de servicio, aunque como digo, al precio que pagamos, no está mal que incluyeran este servicio aunque estaría bien saber de antemano que es por una hora

Muy mala y decepcionante. Las piscinas termales de agua fría , el bufet de pésima calidad . El personal muy poca amabilidad Lo único que merece la pena es el lugar pero el servicio del hotel muy bajo, no merece ni 3 estrellas

El personal del Spa y las medidas anti covid

El hotel bien. Pero cuando fuimos a usar el spa los empleados no son precisamente atentos, incluso podemos decir que groseros....las medidas anti covid no se respetaron en absoluto y nos tuvimos que 'refugiar' en una piscina exterior....no dan la talla de un 4 estrellas....el resto de los servicios correctos.

Buena estancia, aunque no en el hotel que esperaba

Estuvimos muy bien, pero nos alojaron en el Gran Hotel, no en el Hotel Continental, como yo creía haber contratado. Las habitaciones eran amplias, cómodas y casi excesivamente calefactadas, así que no tenemos queja de las habitaciones. Pero en el Gran Hotel no hay ni cafetería,Ni restaurante, ni sala de juegos ni nada, así que para todo debíamos desplazarnos al Hotel Continental. Creo que se nos debía haber dejado claro en donde se ubicaban nuestras habitaciones. Por lo demás bien.

Es increíble como en un establecimiento de esta categoría, y en un sitio realmente privilegiado, con unas instalaciones excepcionales, el personal sea tan poco cualificado. Una de las cosas que caracteriza a los buenos hoteles no importan las estrellas es que el cliente no se tenga que preocupar de su estancia. La profesionalidad de algunos de los empleados, realmente brilla por su ausencia. Una pena porque el lugar y las aguas del balneario así como las instalaciones nos encantan aunque habria que ponerse las pilas también con el mantenimiento. Por favor solucionen estos temas, el sitio lo merece.
