Nothing in regards to dining or shops in the area which was okay as we were just passing through for the night. "Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot....

"I stayed for 3 days. The price was reasonable, and they provided breakfast. The facility level was a little bit lower than business hotel, but all of things were well-equipped. Front desk was kind, and they provide shuttle service from hotel to JAXA or San-So-Ken, the national research complex in Tsukuba every morning, so most of visitor will be satisfied in this hotel."
