"The room was extremely dirty. Food crumbs everywhere, random yellow dirty pillow case, random socks under the bed, under the bed has not been cleaned in months with a thick layer of dirt, walking on the floor stains your socks black in a few minutes of walking around, red sticky liquid under the sink (we covered it with a towel), bathroom door doesn’t latch, toilet paper holder was missing the tube so they just put the toilet paper on the back of the toilet instead of replacing it, booked a room for two adults and two children and only 2 towels and 1 washrag was in the room. Staff was always distracted, each time I needed something they were on person phone calls or in conversations with other employees in a foreign language and I felt like I was interrupting them. When I was checking out I had to call a phone number, which was the front desk only, to get the guy off of a personal phone call. He asked me how my stay was and I told him “ Extremely dirty and not acceptable” he replied with “ Okay, thank you”. I travel for my job and this felt like a hotel in a third world country. Dirty, no elevator, just horrible. In short, stay somewhere else until this hotel is under new management. Only pros is a good location. Probably the only reason it’s not closed."

"We stayed at the cottage. Living room, full kitchen and half bth on first floor while bed room and full bath on top. Very clean and well prepared. The outside garden is beautiful. Main building where main office locat we is very clean and nice to visit while we have breakfast there. Hidden gem!"

"Landscaping was full of weeds, not kept up. on check-in was told there were maintenance issues, all rooms on first floor were gone, mine was on the second floor, No elevator, i had some heavy gear. Room lighting was horrible. ice machne on second floor not working. Would not stay again."

"Had a great stay here. Not your typical hotel. Unique. Very clean. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Bed was firm, pillows were soft, bedding was clean and soft. A/C was cold. If I was going to say anything that may bother some people but not me: 1. Main building smelled like a nursing home and the hallway that our room was in had a different smell than most hotels but the room we stayed in smelled fine. 2. Need some shingles replaced on the roofs. Again didn’t affect the stay just looks. 3. Breakfast was fruit, cereal, yogurt, packaged items for on the go (cinnamon roll, honey bun, granola bars), and juice, milk, and coffee. Again all fine but if you are wanting eggs, meat, and waffles this isn’t it. 4. Shower head was low 5. Bed was firm 6. No high end shampoos/soaps. Bring your own which we did. 7. TV is not a big one if you are a tv lover. We didn’t use. Plus Items: 1. Clean 2. Quiet 3. Cheap 4. Unique 5. Clean 6. Free breakfast and parking and mints 7. Fridge, microwave, and Keurig in room Stayed in room 504"
