My family of 4 loved the proximity to the subway station and comvenience store around the property. Though the building is near the train track but surprisingly, it was not noisy. The room was spacious enough to accomodate 4 of us and our luggages. Will definitely book this place again if we were to visit Fukuoka again.

The room’s cleanliness can be improved. The property is quite near Hakata station(10mins walk)and with free parking, it is suitable for family who drives. The check in was smooth and without issue.

It's a nice and clean condo with a small living room and a tiny kitchen with some utensils and a microwave good enough to cook small meals. There is a washing machine with a drying function which is ideal in that we can do washing and drying daily and we don't need to bring a lot of clothes. For 6 of us, it was quite a cramp with not much space to move about in our unit. This is the only downside yet this unit is already the best unit I found that comes with a living hall and a kitchen with a separate toilet... There is a balcony yet it's blocked by the bed that we are not allowed to move the bed away... It's very quiet and feels safe to walk around this area. There are few restaurants and a supermarket nearby within 5 mins walk. This place is 12 mins away from Hakata Train Station and Bus Station with few shopping malls and plenty of restaurants. Overall we are satisfied with this place.

It would have been even better if there was a portable stove, so we could do shabu-shabu or sukiyaki dinner. Just a personal preference. The room was excellent.

쾌적하고 위치 조아요
일단 넓어서 짱이고, 베란다가 3개나 있어서 환기 잘되고, 부엌은 작지만 있을건 다 있고, 욕실은 넓고 물도 잘나오고 조아요. 위치는 하카타역 치쿠시구치에서 10분안걸리고 걸을만합니다. 텐진까지는 택시 2천엔 안나오고 캬나루까지도 1500엔안되고, 공항까지도 1500엔 안나옵니다. 호텔주변은 조용하고, 편의점이 2분거리에 있고, 편의점에서 조금만 더가면 우에스토 우동집, 야요이켄 밥집, 도미노피자, 이자카야까지 쭈욱있고, 거기서 좀 더가면 크고 저렴한 슈퍼도 있습니다. 다음에도 가격만 저렴하다면 이용할거예요~

4인가족 3박 이용에 무리없습니다.
하카타역 치쿠시구치에서 5~6분 거리라서 하카타역을 이용하는 계획이라면 적극 추천합니다. 숙소 시설이나 청결상태는 대체로 만족합니다. 도심고속도로가 바로 숙소 앞이라서 차량소음은 조금 있습니다. 80M 정도에 세븐일레븐이 있고 5분이내에 우동집, 일본가정식집, 아키토리 이자카야가 있습니다. 주변 10분 이내에 슈퍼마켓이 2개 있고 그 중 1개(SUNNY)는 24시간입니다. 혹시 렌트카 이용할 계획이라면 도요타렌트카나 일본렌트카가 바로 숙소 근처에 있어서 반납하기 편합니다. 공항까지는 택시로 1,200~1,300엔 정도 입니다.
