非常不方便，住宿點和辦理入住點距離超過三公里，而且只有在確認郵件最末告知這個問題，員工英語非常差，抱怨也沒用，因為聽不懂英文，感到不可思議 Really bad experience, especially check in counter is 3 Km far away to the room. Just notice on the end of mail. Complain cannot understand by staff poor english, unbelieviable

特に問題なく使用できました。事前の調査不足だったので、チェックインの場所と宿泊施設が最寄駅の反対側にあり、移動手段に困りました。チェックインの場所が、もっと駅寄りにあると良いと思います。

숙소 상태는 좋았으나 체크인 장소와 숙소가 멀어요. 참고하세요.
숙박시설이 체크인 하는곳(하카타역)이랑 숙소랑(걸어서 하카타 터미널 20~25분) 다르다고 해서 그래도 숙소가 그 근처겠지 했는데 엄청~~ 멀어서 당황, 걸어서 15분이라던데 캐리어 끌고 30분, 마침 무료셔틀이 6시와 7시에 있다고 해서 탔는데 운전하며 매우 친절한 기사님은 우리 숙소가 아니 우리 숙소 근처 지하철역에 내려주시더니 저쪽으로 가면 된다고 하고 그냥 가심. 숙소 까지 데려다 주는게 아니였어요. 어딘지도 모르는데 너무 당황... 그래도 그나마 케리어 때문에 셔틀도 안탔음 병났을듯..... 이건 위치에 관한 거고요. 다른 것은 대부분 좋았습니다. 숙소는 우리나라 작은 원룸크기인데 복층으로 되어 있었지만 여름이라 너무 더워 복층은 사용할 수 없었습니다. 겨울엔 아늑하니 좋을 듯 하지만요, 그리고 벽에어컨 1대, 퀸사이즈 침대 1개, 가스렌지, 전자렌지, 무선주전자, 서큘레이터(선풍기 비슷), 세탁기(건조기는 없음) 센스있었던 세제 1봉, 물 잘나오고 욕조도 있었고요 냉장고 작은 것도 있었습니다. 물도 하루 1병 들어 있었고요. 창문도 옆 창문은 열렸어요.작은 빨래 건조대 있었음 좋았을 것 같습니다. 침구류도 많았고 청결했으며, 매일 청소는 아니였으나 미리 수건과 칫솔을 챙겨주고 대용량의 샴푸,린스,샤워젤이 구비되어 있습니다. 전반적인 관리상태가 좋았으나 위치만 아니였으면 또는 체크인 장소와 멀지 않았다면 좋았을 듯 합니다. 체크인이 오후5시인 것도 좀 ...... 저희가 아침 8시에 도착해서 방황했습니다. 그리고 짐 맡아주는 서비스를 체크인센터에서 하길래 맡겼더니 1짐당 500엔을 받았습니다. 숙박손님인데... 그걸 받다니....ㅠㅠ 라고 생각했습니다. 그래서 무료 음료 자판기에서 커피 2번 먹었습니다.(자판기에서 커피, 물, 녹차, 우롱차 등이 있었어요) 새로 생긴지 얼마 안된 곳이라서 그런지 후기가 없어 다른 분들에게 도움 되시라고 자세히 올려드립니다. 아 혹시 이곳에 숙박하시면 이 건물 바로 옆 건물이 목욕탕인데 지나가다 한번 보세요.남탕 여탕 입구가 앞에 있어서 재미 있었어요.. 어릴 적 목욕탕 생각이 나서요..

部屋はロフト付、近隣も静かで駅からも近くてよかった 　ただ、メールが一切届かず　一文字違いの別の方に送ったようで　フロントで言われたメアドもまるで違うもの　フロントでもわびの言葉もなく　接客の在り方を学び直すべきでは
