overall it was okay…. I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving. I think this place is a little bit overpriced than the actual services and facilities.

Very Disappointed
We were welcomed by a cockroach. Worst of all we arrived at the hotel and found out it is an old apartment. We needed to walk 5 mins to check in office. There was no exception. It was late and the road was dark. We felt unsafe because the neighborhood was sketchy. Midway into our stay we herd creepy noises/howling on both sides of the hotel. The hotel is old so don’t expect too much. Not worth it. The pictures are outdated and the hotel was old.

The hotel is clean. It can fit 4 people in the room.. The bathroom is small. The walk to the hotel from the station is quite far. The check-in is on a different location. You have to go there first before going to the location. Overall, it is ok

Great little mini apartment/hotel room
Perfect mini apartment for a short stay. A little tricky to work out where the office was to check in as it’s not the same building as the rooms. The email about that was purely in Japanese and google translate didn’t translate the address correctly so watch out for that. The details are on hotels.com though so use those

チェックイン時のタブレット操作に手間取り時間がかかった。もっとわかりやすく早くできないか。 朝食の案内がなかったので電話で問い合わせて受け取った。予め案内があればよかった。

다시는 가고싶지 않은곳.
호텔방에 사는 벌레때문에 온가족이 밤새 수십군데씩 물리고 가려워서 잠을 못잠. 가격이 싼 대신 당신이 상상할수있는 모든 불편함을 견뎌야 한다. 체크인은 다른곳으로 가서 해야하고, 짐을 맡길수도없다. 하카타역까지 걷기 매우 불편하고, 기차소리가 시끄럽다. 주위에 편의점 하나 없고 1인당200엔씩 도시세를 받는다.

古いマンションをリノベーションした宿泊施設。 フロントデスクが宿泊場所から徒歩5分にあります。 スタッフの方の対応は、普通です。 一見綺麗には見えますが、床はフローリングの上にタイルカーペットを敷き詰めているのですが、椅子に座る度に簡単にめくり上がりストレスでした。 お風呂は、ユニットバスでかなり狭く水垢も見えない所にかなりあり不潔でした。 また、前の宿泊者のものと思われる胸パットが机の下に転がっていたり、ネジが転がっていたりと清掃が適当な印象を受けました。 出張のたびに博多で似たような施設を6回ほど利用してきましたが最低でした。 近くにコンビニもないので、立地も決して良くは無いです。 写真映りはよいので、SNSをおやりになられている方には良いかもしれないですね。

マップの検索で出てくる場所と実際の場所がちがったため、チェックイン時に迷った。 ホテル周辺は同じような建物があったのでさらに迷って大変だった。 設備は清潔で使いやすかったのでよかった。

浴室がやっぱり汚い感じがした。ふざけんなと思った。こっちは疲れてる身体を癒そうと思っていたのに汚いとお湯を溜める気にもならない。でもそれ以外の点については最高でした。今後の改善を期待しています。

由於靠近鐵道,所以會聽到列車經過的聲音. 浴室較小, 除此之外房間是乾淨的.床也是舒適的.

However, this is a average size of a Japanese bathroom, and we assume that customers would like to experience in this cultural bathtub. May we have your sympathy. 因為現在網路上看到直接下定到了福岡機場再過海關被退件兩次因為網站顕示的飯店地址錯誤，海關又講日文關過關，延遲了半個多小時，好不容易到第三個海關出關後，兩人拖著行李找飯店一直找不到，繞半小時才找到，結果是個很舊的住宅區，信箱貼的公告通知要到另外一個地方先做check in，只好拖著行李載到另外一個地方去Check in，但還沒有辦法入住只好行李先寄放在checking 的地方,晚上再去拿鑰匙時又拖了15分鐘才到住宿比一打開門裡頭已經有人住了,我家兩個人倉皇逃出來,再走回check in的地方拿另一間鑰匙,以為已經結束霉運，結果洗澡的時候牆壁竟然有出黑水，天花板牆壁也都是黑了，真的是很慘!浴室

일반 아파트를 호텔처럼 운영하는것 같네요. 방 깨끗하고 좋아요. 다만 근처에 버스정류장은 없어 하카타역까지 걸어가야 합니다.
