Great hotel. The bed has no sheets and the covers will leave you sweating in a few minutes no matter how cold the room is. I think the blanket they give you, could keep you alive in a freezer. Unfortunately I couldn’t get much sleep until I found another blanket. What is the point

텐진에 위치하고 있어 쇼핑을 하거나 외곽으로 나갈 수 있는 니시테츠전철, 버스를 이용하기 좋아 접근성이 우수합니다. 출국하기 전날 스마트폰을 택시에 놓고 내렸었는데, 그 다음날 프론트 직원의 도움으로 경찰서에서 무사히 찾아서 귀국할 수 있게 되었습니다. 친절하게 도와주신 직원분께 너무 감사합니다. 다음에도 이 호텔에서 숙박을 하고 싶습니다.

The location is really good, it is near the metro and the main bus station. It is just 5 min walk to the downtown and also the river side.

Room was on the smaller side but it was comfortable, the location was close to a subway station and big department stores, there was a place to exchange currency within a 10-minute walk, and the hotel staff members were very professional. Will stay there again, or near that property, if we should ever return to Fukuoka.

Convenient & clean
Friendly reception on arrival. Room of medium size - a superior double. Very clean and well laid out. Decent clothes hanging space for a short stay. Tea making facilities in room. Excellent multi function shower. TenjinMinami station very close but Kuko(airport line) at Tenjin more of a walk away. Bit of a problem with suitcases. Did not use the cafe for breakfast. Location good for walking to the Central Park, shops & Tenjin nightlife.

Excellent. Close to Tenjin and other central areas. Well kept hotel and very good staff. Very clean and modern bathroom and shower. Room a little bit small. BBC in English on TV.

Located very close to the shopping malls around Tenjin. Just a few minutes walk away from underground shopping street. There are various restaurant around the hotel too. Highly recommend.

Very close to shopping and relatively new hotel... but the rooms are noisy at night.. the windows are quite thin so we woke up a couple times during the night due to ambulance passing by

Modern hotel in central Fukuoka. Coffee, but no tea, available free of charge in the lobby. Room was small but clean and had a kettle. Breakfast was from a choice of options. There were no refills on the drinks. Canal City was an easy walk. Lots of buses running to the railway station.

Great location only 5 mins walk from the train station. Staff speaks good English. The private hot spring bath was excellent (after a long day walk). We stayed at GR 1 which is close to the main house and entrance, perhaps the owner can consider plant some trees around the window area in order to provide privacy. I personally enjoy the firm mattress but not my 11 years old boy. Highly recommend this hotel if you don’t want to spend crazy amount.

Hotel is nice on appearance. Close to everything. No extra amenities in the room i.e. coffee maker, cups and ice, hair dryer or iron. Beds are like sleeping on the floor. There is a fee for local phone calls from your room.

Nice hotel and amazing shower. In a good spot (walkable to canal city and Tenjin station etc.) and cafe downstairs with decent breakfast. The room was a good size but the bathroom was amazing.

Great staff and location, and clean.
It's a matter of preference. I have praises for the staff, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the cleaners leaving us replacement for our towels and toiletries when we placed the 'do not disturb' sign. But the three things that would have been better were the bed - it was on the very firm side which caused us back and neck aches: the breakfast options which was white bread and other pastries. The breakfast would be otherwise good for others but since we were in Japan, their breakfast could have been friendlier on our tummies if it were buffet style with fruits, vegetables and rice. But this was easily remedied by eating breakfast elsewhere. There's this plca right acr the hotel that served great meals called 'Sukiya' - if your diet needs rice then that could be the place for you. Lastly was the noise outside, which if you are a light sleeper (like us), woke us up a number of times during the night.
