"Overall, I had a great stay at Fuji-san Onsen Bessho SASA. The room was really nice and the private onsen with a view of Fuji-san was great to relax in. The hotel had plenty to do on the property including Green Tea Ceremony, Taiko drum show and exploring the gardens. The only negatives were that the room inside was a little bit dated and did have a damp/musty smell inside, which made it hard for me to fall asleep. "This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet,

evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."
