We booked the Fuji View Room — great location! It’s only a 10-minute bus ride to the visitor shuttle bus station. The onsen was wonderful. After 3–4 days of sightseeing in Japan, my feet were pretty sore, and the onsen helped a lot.

I really appreciate the shuttle bus driver and the lady that greeted us at the front of the hotel.
