Accessible only if you have a car, or else the walk from Kawaguchiko Station to this Villa Apartment could be troublesome.

Awesome stay
This was my 2nd time to stay here. It was an amazing experience, very clean rooms, well equipped. There was a leak in the upstairs toilet, but after a call to support, they very kindly shifted us to another room. Beautiful place.

Great location and comfortable and spacious stay
Everything about the property was great. The only negative was the check-in and check-out process. We never received the check-in information email, so didn’t have the code to enter the check-in area. We had to get our Japanese friend to call the check-in staff to provide the code. After we finally got into the check-in area, the check-in process was very long, having to enter everything in there. If there was better communication earlier, we could have provided this information earlier to ease with the check-in process. There was also no information about check-out either.

施設は快適、でも...。
15時過ぎに着いたらちょうどルームクリーニングした人が去る所だった。チェックインして少し経ってら、チャイムが鳴って忘れ物があると。 前泊者の匂いが若干残ってるのが気になった。 施設は快適だが、到着早々の件があり残念。 基本はタブレットでチェックイン、施設に誰も管理者がいないのも若干不安。

とても良かったですが、お庭の雑草が伸びており、とても歩きづらく、愛犬も遊びづらそうでした。 雑草が無かったら、最高でした！

室内が清潔。設備が充実していて調理器具、食器も１通り全てある。富士急ハイランドでびしょ濡れになったので洗濯乾燥機が非常に助かった。

とても清潔で心地よく滞在することができました。何時でも利用したい施設です。無人対応の場所ですが、楽天のカスタマーサービスセンターに連絡すると対応してくれます。 歩いて行ける距離にコンビニやスーパーなどはありませんが、クルマで5分くらい走れば、スーパーやコンビニはあります。 河口湖インターからわかりやすい場所にあります。

宿泊施設は新しくて素敵で、もっと滞在したいと思うほど最高でした。時間が無くてサウナを利用出来ず残念でした。タブレットチェックインが上手く機能せず、皆さんがこまってました。宿泊者全員の情報入力も多数の時は時間が掛かるので事前入力を提案します

宿泊前に予約確認メールが届かず、チェックインも無人のため、手続きがスムーズに行かず、チェックアウトもいちいちコンベンション棟へ行き、暗証番号を入力しないと扉が開かず、部屋でチェックアウト出来れば良いと思った。

管理人がいないことは承知だったが、火災報知器が作動するトラブルに二日も遭遇して困った。その際にビデオ通話での対応では埒が明かない！ これでは管理人不在でコストを抑えたといっても意味が無い。設備として改善が必要でしょう。

小さい子どもがいても気軽にサウナや温泉を満喫できました。設備もきれいでした。 チェックインの作業に時間がかかり、また、チェックイン作業をするまでの待ち時間も長く、寒い屋外でひたすら待つのは苦痛でした。
