As expected. Very clean, staff was extremely helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. Beware that the public bath is not available to those with tattoos. Parking was free!

We used this hotel while visiting family. It is just okay. It is conveniently located and the place is clean, but it is a business hotel; so service is just okay. Bed is horrible like sleeping on a board.

The hotel is essentially a business hotel, part of a very large chain of similar hotels in Japan. It’s not particularly designed for tourists and the rooms are small, but they are clean and adequately equipped. The bathrooms are tiny. The breakfast was very Japanese but substantial and lots of it. There were washing facilities which were also very useful. The hotel is about a 15 minute taxi ride to the train station, 1,200yen.

部屋は清潔感はあるが、部屋着が痛みが少し気になる。部屋がセミダブルのツインだったせいか部屋着のサイズがおそらくXLとLで私達夫婦には大きかった。言えば交換してもらえただろうがチェックインが遅かったので気が引けてしまって‥チェックインの時に促して頂きたかった

大浴場の快適さが旅の疲れを癒してくれる
東名高速道路の工事の影響で予定よりも随分遅いチェックインになってしまいましたが、気持ちよく対応してくださり迅速にチェックインができました。 また、大浴場は清潔で気持ちよく、車旅の疲れを癒してくれました。
