Clean, friendly staff, and good location. Also, something needs to be done about the brightness in the room at night. Please invest in blackout curtain or shade of some sort.

A gem of a hotel! Staff were excellent, room was clean and very comfortable. Room was a good size and had a sitting area. There is no elevator so you need to carry your bags up a rew stairs, and the staff kindly offered to help if needed. Great location to view Mount Fuji!
