「Clean」

「Very good hotel」

「The rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster are very spacious. However it could have used some dusting. Location was very convenient for Sight and Sound theatre. Very quiet location and very close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay there again.」

「The hotel is great. Rooms are immaculately clean and the little kitchenette was perfect for us. The coffee is abysmal and the breakfast area was really busy and picked over. So besides that, we loved the hotel location and the quality of the room. We just know we have to get our coffee somewhere else. Will definitely stay again.」

「Nice stay near Lancaster Medical Center.」

「整体舒服」

「A good choice」

「We only stayed one night. I was hoping to get a room with the high ceilings and exposed beams, but we found out that those rooms are in the double queen bed rooms and we were in Bldg One which had two double beds. The room was spacious, the shower was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant. On the second floor of the main building was the ballroom and the annex, which were beautiful.」

「酒店综合来讲很不错，但是晩上睡觉时间的噪音有点多」

「It was a nice stay. The only reason I don't give a 5 star is I only do that for drop dead in love stuff. But the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and everything went as planned. Since the room was just a base of operations for visiting the area, it was perfect for our needs」

「The property was immaculate and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The chocolate theme was classy and not overplayed. The restaurants were great. Awesome food and the staff was very cheerful. We had a park view room which I highly recommend. We will definitely return and stay there again.」

「The staff are very nice. The room is clean and comfortable. 」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel going on 4 years and this year the food has been the worst it’s ever been. 2 of the 4 days I was there there was barely any warm food in the warmer trays. It was 6:05 am and just opened and the few people had cleared out most of the food put out at 6 am. The coffee put out was way too strong (ie too much grounds) in the brew. The hot water for tea was lukewarm at best. There was no fresh fruit available either. It was all carbohydrates and not fruit and barely any...

「We have stayed here a few times and like the rooms and staff. My only gripe is the noisy traffic out front 24-7, especially truck traffic. If you din’t get a room in the back you will curse the traffic noise.」

「Room was clean. They did have a very good lost&found service. Very impressed.」
