「Lovely room, great staff」

「My room was clean. Myra and the desk clerk (a lady) (didnt get her name) that was there in the evening...great customer svc! Both very pleasant. Met 2 cleaning ladies in the morning, very pleasant as well.」

The tub had someones hair in the drain, mold/mildew in several places, the faucet was detached from the wall, tolliey seat was the wrong shape and size, the sink had a rusted can tab in it. The "blanket" on the bed, when held to the light was full of stains. I worte "blanket" because it wasn't a blanket it was essentially a curtain in look, thickness and feel so we slept with just a sheet. The bed itself looked clean and we were exhausted, so we stayed. 「All I can say is I wasted my money. I wasn’t even able to stay in the room. When I walked in, I was overwhelmed by a very musty, smoky odor in a non-smoking room. The bed linens were old and dingy, the sofa had multiple wet stains on it, and some of the towels in the bathroom look like they had already been used. I absolutely was terrified to stay there would not recommend. 」

「So many bed bugs. It was bad. We were on a work trip and couldn’t sleep a wink. I just sat in the chair all night. Roaches as well. And the freezer didn’t work. 」

Lex the 3PM front desk person was outstanding. The morning staff needs to be better versed as to where breakfast shops are. I was told that they didn't live locally and had no idea. I did have a early flight and tea wasn't available until 6:30 am. I thought that was a available 24 hours . 」
