Staff was helpful and very understanding when it appeared that I didn't have a reservation when attempting to check-in. Desk clerk was great and got us a room, but we had to pay more than Expedia guaranteed it for. Found out this happens occasionally, and it was rectified in the morning by the manager. Definitely not the hotel's fault, it was Expedia that didn't notify them of my reservation! Although I had a copy of the receipt. Other than a musty smell in the room, and no fresh fruit at breakfast. It was ok. Probably not go back to this particular location if I was ever in the area again.
