Bed was hard. Cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast is muffles, oatmeal, coffee … but no breakfast due to them forgetting to order. Old bitter coffee. If you accept this then okay for a place to arrive late, sleep and then move on.

I real.\n Ly liked that the hotel had a full size refrigerator and a small stove top think that was very amazing. However, I didn't like some stuff that I don't have at, I can't do that for you coming later, my room was missing a blanket and it took him 3 nights or almost 2. To get me a blanket other than that, you know, you always have to deal with, you know, neighbors that are messy and he left a bunch of beer cans and garbage outside my door and his door so I thought that was very disrespectful.\n But other than that, everything was good.

The room must still be like it smelled like sewer. The pool is empty. The staff never even had blankets for my pullout bed the whole day and I was there for a week somebody died or where there was a domestic dispute while I was there, so there was lots of cops and ambulances there one of the days all around very unpleasant experience.

This was an overall terrible experience. Although this is an Extended Stay America, where guests are generally expected to cook their own meals, the room did not even include a frying pan or cooking pan. When we asked for a hairdryer, the front desk told us they had run out and that one might be available the next morning. Unfortunately, we were checking out that morning, so that wasn't helpful. The next morning, we went for the complimentary breakfast before 9:30 a.m., only to be told that everything was already gone because breakfast is served on a first-come, first-served basis. There was nothing left. I booked this hotel for a visitor from overseas, and it was embarrassing that their stay turned out to be such a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

We checked in around midnight. They gave us room. Washroom was terrible as there was mould around the tub. I asked to change the room which they did. There was no glass no water to drink. Asked for it they said you have to buy it. Asked for the blanket they said it’s getting washed. We slept without blanket in the cold knight. My breakfast was included as when I went for the breakfast Thera was nothing. They said we have nothing for the breakfast for today as we have nothing in the stock. When we try to talk to the manager. Manager was not in yet. Staff said when she come we will call you to talk to her. Nobody called us. She didn’t care about this complaint. Just a wastage of you time and money. It’s better to stay in your car rather than staying here.

I wasn’t sure if the hotel was for homeless people. There are some damages in the hotel. There was no breakfast. I was disappointed when I arrived there because it looked better on their website.

Clean room but the room I was in the door looks like someone tried to break into it. The AC unit needed to be clean inside and out the return was broken. The first person I met was amazing answered all my questions and we had a good laugh she worked around the 3pm time… The Second Lady had an attitude problem and no customer service skills there wasn’t a hello it was what do you want worked after the nice lady. Breakfast was minimal muffins and oatmeal. Fremont was there after 6 and going through someone car made me feel uncomfortable.
