「The house was spotless and clean you have a front room if you don’t want to sit in your room and a kitchen to cook your own food and washing machine and tumble dryer this was all noticed before I got to my room which was again spotless and warm exactly what you want after being outside the staff are super friendly and are willing to help with anything they can 」

「The location of the house was a short walk from the train station. The neighbourhood felt safe and clean. The house itself was well looked after and clean. Directions to find the house and get in were easy to follow. My room was spacious, airy and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for money, I would stay again! 」

「You get what you paid for, the guest house is as basic as anything can be, if you like some tidiness (clean bedding), little luxury (a small t.v.), your own toilet and shower, a good firm (ish) bed then this would be too basic for you 」

「I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

「First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left...

「This property was not as described, the room had nothing but a bed and some cupboards it’s the most basic living space you can imagine. There were some unsavoury characters staying there as felt unsafe.」

「Amazing all the staff was no problem at all for anything and Dean and Bea were very friendly and ensured we had all we wanted during our xmas break. Will defo be back and recommend to family and friends. Rooms cold but we was looked after with heating timings re set and a portable rad, perfect ams room clean prefect view did a xmas getaway thanks a lot for making our stay special 」

「Pub and accommodation was lovely. Really classy yet quirky. Great staff, spacious rooms and stunning dinner. But (randomly) I would go back purely to have their bacon breakfast roll again - hands down the best ever! And mine was gluten free. Simple things but epic! 」
