Not upto guest house standard, it is an HMO masquerading as a guest house. The bed we were offered had a mattress about 2" thick. We left immediate and found somewhere else to stay, worst booking I've ever made. Although the price was cheap, it was not worth the effort of getting there.

Parking is 3 or 4 spaces. When available Room needed a clean. How can you comment on a room that was doubled book sent to another place that stunk unable to get back onto this place as door was locked so back to the place that was double booked able to get in to this one but no room so spent the night on the settee in the corridor

Check in proved difficult as I hadn't been sent a room number or check in code and didn't realise I was supposed to request this 24 hours prior according to special instructions. Luckily a cleaner was there and sorted me out. The room itself was very clean except for under the bed. No towels or soap. Someone knocked on my door at 10:20am asking if I was checking out that day. I said yes and he said check out was 10am. I said no checkout is 11am and he checked his phone and left me be.
