「Beautiful hotel with views overlooking the ocean. We loved the location, but it was on the north part of the island and required a car. 「When I first read reviews of Tamarind, the reviews were mixed. I decided to take a chance and we couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and clean. The location of our room was fantastic, I walked out with my coffee every morning and was greeted by the ocean. The pool was right there and my daughter loved that. 「We really enjoyed our stay ay Sandcastle. Our deluxe waterfront suite was incredible, just steps from the pool, the beach, and the restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The menu at the beachfront restaurant was varied and the entrees were excellent. The only downside was the distance from Christiansted. We would definitely stay there again but extend our stay to two weeks at least.」

「Every single person on the staff was helpful and welcoming. This recently-renovated property is right on the ocean. Even though we visited past peak season (so it wasn't busy) we were treated so well by the staff. Food and drinks were top-notch.
