「This is a family-owned enterprise and it clearly shows in the fine details. Everything was clean, not just the rooms. The hallway was clean. The hotel kitchen for breakfast was clean. The elevator, pool, even the parkinglot was clean! At one point, while outside, I saw the owner's father was milling around checking on the plants and pool, making sure everything was in perfect order. 「This is such an amazing little getaway! We loved our time in Villa #2. It it was very large and nice and so comfortable. The balcony/patio was wonderful. This is going to sound ridiculous but the linens were amazing and smelled so fresh and the bed was divine! The only thing this room needs is some comfy chairs inside. If you are truly wanting a small town/non commercialized Texas getaway, this is it. Blanco is a charming little town with great food and the most beautiful River!」

「Stunning place with a consistent vibe. Unplug, be present in nature, unbelievable views. We were the only guests at the location that night and everything was perfect. We cooked a small meal on the BBQ, looked up at the amazing night sky, made a fire in the wood stove because it got chilly out, used the electric blanket and watched the sunset. 「The staff was incredible! Even before I arrived, Dee was helpful and friendly when I called about late check-in and was super friendly once I arrived. When I needed to extend my stay Evelyn went above & beyond to help arrange. And Seth exuded customer service. The inn is not new and has some wear but the housekeeping staff does an exceptional job keeping rooms crisp and clean. Will stay again~」
