"Beautiful property with cozy, family friendly cottages"

"They are remodeling so it will improve. I would like to see more available at breakfast… This morning they had biscuits & gravy, muffins, bagels or cereal. No fruit. No protein. All carbs. Would also like to see a vent fan in the bathroom. That aside, it was great and we will stay again."

"Accommodations were exceptional, from furnishings to bedding to bathroom! The staff were invisible except when needed. Breakfast was outstanding! Will book again."

My children enjoyed the indoor pool- I’ve never seen anything like it! I hope this place stays because we want to come back."

"A unique experience, great hot tub, we didn't have hot water for shower that night. Saw the breaker box later and had some hot water for kitchen in the morning, we checked out early. Kitchen plenty utensils. Good wine, star studded skies, quiet by 10:00 pm. Hauling wind during the night and I am a light sleeper. Heater works well, love the skylight dome above. Beds were clean and comfortable. "

"Greeted by the new owners, enjoyed a glass of wine while showing us the property and our room. We stayed in the prohibition room, bedroom was upstairs. Bed itself was a full, but sooooooooo extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to see all the new life brought into the place in the future!! Breakfast was AMAZING "

"Such a Great place, definitely look forward to staying here again! You gotta go in and talk to the owner, she’s so nice and openly shared the history/story of the property and house. She gave the greasiest food recommendations for the area. Everywhere she recommended was just Amazing. "

"Had a wonderful stay during the eclipse. The owner treated my wife, two daughters, and me like family. We even grilled chicken together and drank some of his excellent wine. We loved the "Garden of Eden," wine selection. We stayed above the wine tasting room at the main building which had hardwood floors and was neat and clean. We took a drive down to the cabins which were very nice and secluded in the woods. They were sold out but looked very nice. Thanks for all Nitzan."

"Well appointed cottage with a beautiful view. As advertised with smooth check in and very quiet except for the busy highway really close with lots of truck traffic. Clean overall but some of the linens could use refreshing as they seemed a little worn. "

"Was very nervous because I've never been to Fredericksburg but as soon as I pulled in I was blown away at this beautiful apartment, very cozy, well kept, lovely decor, very spacious. It was only 2 of us but 4 can stay comfortably. The beds are super comfy. I didn't feel like I had to sanitize and deep clean while I was there."
