"The pool was freezing, there were no towels at the pool, the staff was rude, there’s only one working elevator in the entire hotel, only 4 channels came in on the television, the 4 tiny old pillows were not sufficient on a king size bed, half the hotel by the pool area was freezing, someone stole our valve cap covers in the parking lot, there’s no security, and we left something in the room and after being told by one person we never stayed in that room- the next one very rudely told me we didn’t leave anything. Save yourself and drive 10 min north to a better hotel. "

"Room and staff were fine, but alarms went off in the middle of the night and caused a bit of chaos. Had to get out of bed, evacuate, only to be told it was a false alarm. We ended up not being able to go back to sleep so we left way before check out because of that. "
