「Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

「The team was thoughtful and professional. There is nothing special about the property, but when considering just the comfort and cleanliness of the room, this was a good stay. It was a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and quiet.」

「Pros—good central location, nice to have restaurant and coffee shop on site, nice room amenities like coffee, tea, shampoo etc. Cons—fee for early check-in, fee for parking(!), room was really dark and gloomy. Fine for a one night stay but anything longer than that I’d go with one of many condos in the area for more space and being able to enjoy the mountain scenery. Overpriced for a small basic hotel room.」
