The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. 「This is the terrible experience to stay at this hotel. The heater cannot work after midnight. My family and I are quite cold in this winter season. Also, when we take shower, we are quite surprised that there was no hot/warm water. And we need to take shower via cold water. Moreover, the covers for each room were not clean and you can easily find there are some spots and contamination on the cover.」
