「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「Very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the host asked me to pay an additional 100 euros for city tax and service fee, even though those were included in my original payment. He waited for me to make that payment and only then provided the door code. The property looked very different from the photos shown on Expedia. The listing showed carpets, flowers, candles, and a beautiful Bohemian style chandelier, but none of these were there when we arrived. The curtains did not provide adequate...

「The location was good…however, access to the property was a complete nightmare. The fact the it wasn’t staffed is completely unacceptable…I would not recommend to first time Rome travels. You’re basically renting an expensive room…zero amenities. It’s a youth hostel for adults.」

「This is the terrible experience to stay at this hotel. The heater cannot work after midnight. My family and I are quite cold in this winter season. Also, when we take shower, we are quite surprised that there was no hot/warm water. And we need to take shower via cold water. Moreover, the covers for each room were not clean and you can easily find there are some spots and contamination on the cover.」
