「Good time in Austin !!!!!!」

「Horrible experience, I had booked this last week I however when I got to the hotel to check in the front lady couldn’t find my booking and told me “we’ve been having system problems I can’t check you guys in” (I had already paid for this online too) front lady did not care to help either just basically told us we couldn’t stay the night since it wasn’t showing up due to their system not working, also as soon as we walk in there is just a loud beeping noise making it hard to even hear the staff...

「The staff was wonderful from check in to check out. Rita at breakfast was fun and efficient! The bartenders were good too! Honestly staff was the best thing about the place. Room cleaned well with fresh waters everyday… honestly no complaints 😀👍」
