It’s a great place to stay if you are traveling on budget to Frankfurt. Easy and fast ride to the center. Nice and clean lobby/lounge area. Rooms are ok, but all depends on your “mates”. Beds are comfortable, towels and bed linen are provided, which is nice. Special thanks to Gabriela (reception manager) for the great service and attention to detail.

A bit away from city center but quiet area. You can find lidl within 5-min-walk distance, and there are two bakeries which is walkable. Everything was good for me especially cost effectiveness. But the some of bed covers were not properly in place, so guests should cover them by themselves.

The room was super confortable and clean! I had a really great time in this hostel. Unfortunately, the staff working at the reception wasn’t the most efficient and check-in was a bit chaotic for a lot of people in my room (they forget to give you the bedsheet, you don’t get an assigned bed number,…).

Pleasantly surprised that it was quiet in our rooms. The common areas were always busy. It was a great spot for a night. Kids loved the bunk beds. Not much room for luggage. Liked that the toilet was in a room to itself so others could shower.

In a quiet neighbourhood. The room was small but clean and all the basic essentials were provided. Had a decent area with a bar and game tables to socialize and I think a small play area for kids. A little out from the main area but very close to transit.

The location was very convenient and the overall condition of the hostel on first appearance was good. However, you have to request parking prior to arrival (this isn't made clear on the app), the beds look great but are very noisy and the rooms are very warm. The staff were very friendly though and were appreciative when we mentioned about the shower drain not working as this hadn't been raised with them before.

I stayed in a&o Frankfurt Ostend such that the entire room was given to us. It is neat and clean and not far from the city centre. They also give pedestal fans on request plus they a well equipped kitchen and a laundry facility. Overall, it was not bad. The lounge is full of life where you can play snooker or work on your laptop etc.

I didn’t realize this was a hostel until we arrived. The room had sleeping for 6 people and the configuration was nice for a small ‘dorm type’ space. 1 toilet room and 1 shower room (both with sinks). This stay served its purpose for a quick overnight stay and value was nice for our big group. Facilities downstairs had options and a place to hang out. Would recommend for younger crowds and families not staying a long period of time.
