"Stayed for Lexington Comic Con so we could travel back in forth inside which was nice. Also within steps of Lex Live. Breakfast was delicious inside property. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels and water was great temperature. Hyatt made our stay very comfortable."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made an excellent recommendation for food and drinks while we watched a football game. The only negative experience was that the toilet was not functioning properly in our room. We told the front staff and they informed us that no maintenance staff was available but that they would look at it to see if they could fix it. When we returned later in the day we went to our room and could tell someone had been there but toilet was still not functioning properly. When we informed front staff that the toilet was still not fixed they offered to move us to another room but due to us leaving the next morning we opted to decline the offer. Our stay here was overall good other than the toilet issue. Also the freshly baked cookies we were offered each evening was a nice touch. We would return if we are in the area again."

"I enjoyed the modern and sleek design of the property in general and my room in particular. The room was both inviting and superbly designed for maxim utility of space without skimping on the amenities. Each staff member I encountered was kind. helpful, welcoming and professional, and was given the perfect room for my business trip. It had a super-comfortable pillow-top bed dressed in clean, crisp white sheets and bedding and I liked the use of the sliding barn-door style entrance to the bathroom. The modern design also incorporated laminate flooring which totally eliminated the icks I get from hotel carpets. This hotel seems to have been designed with the help of business-travelers by a company who listens to it's customers. The breakfast lobby was also inviting and well designed and had a great selection of food. This was the first time I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in a long time, but this property had everything I could ask for from a roadside hotel. I will definitely be seeking out this brand, if not this exact property on my next trip."

"The staff at checkin and out were friendly and helpful. I love the vintage architecture of the building and likedbeing able to park at our door. Our room was not very updated, older furniture, tile, fixtures. But it looked clean and the beds were very comfortable. I slept really well. Bedding was white, not a high quality, but clean. Didn’t think much of the standard breakfast. A traveler needs a good bed and it fit the bill for a fair price. They do not take pets. Ours was at home."
