Service, location and rooms were excellent. Friendly and efficient check in and out, thank you
The door of the first room would not lock. I reported it and was moved to a second room. Second room clean, but old, tacky with no closet space for hanging clothes. Smoke detector was in a dresser drawer. TV wasn’t hooked up to cable. I figured out how to do that myself.
Filthy and outdated. Great location - near lots of restaurants and shopping. Nice area, but the motel is not maintained at all. The room is dirty and stains everywhere.
Pros: the bed was comfortable and the price was right. The location is convenient to Boston, shopping, and eating. Cons: While there is some vintage charm to the bathroom fixtures and the property overall, the peeling paint, mismatched furniture, and overall sense of decrepitude mean it’s unlikely I would stay here again.
Place is in severe disrepair.. Furniture is as if it came from the dump!! All broken and badly scratched up.. Looks like a place Drug Addicted people live at long term.. All pictures are misrepresented as they look just beautiful.. this is not the case at all… Shows breakfast area with nice pictures and nice tables.. All lies there’s nothing.. If board of health was involved they would be shut down.. This is a very, very old Motel that’s way overpriced for the money and not being represented honestly!! Don’t go there!!
Several times here and each time was great hence the return stays in this location Friendly check in and out, and perfect location to the sites I needed to appear at. Thank you
Here again, and stayed several times throughout the years when working west of Boston Friendly service, and looking forward to returning again this week! Thank you
The property is aging but nicely kept. It is tucked in behind a busy thoroughfare (shielding it from the traffic noise). You can tell they take the time to repair the facility rather than let it crumble, which is how they manage to keep their nightly rate below most in the area. While not the fanciest, when you turn out the light at night it’s as good as a room twice its price. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
The motel room was a good price, and the location is quiet & safe set back from the main road. Yet it still very close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc., all within very close walking or driving distance. The motel lobby & room was outdated and needs some updating & maintenance, but overall decent. The bed was somewhat comfortable, very basic motel mattress & bedding, but there was a wall AC unit to use when needed. The first morning the shower water knob had to be turned all the way on as far as it could go to get the water warm enough. Two days later, I did the same thing and the shower water was scalding hot! Even when I barely turned the knob on (still on the "cold" side), the water was still scalding hot and couldn't stand under the water for 1-2 seconds, not sure why that happened but definitely issue with the water heater.

The room was simple and clean. Not updated but still comfortable. The only issue I had was the window blind had some ripped slats.
The room was one of the worst. There was a tiny space heater that was dangerous. Door handle to get out the room was broken and was brought to the attendants attention and nothing was done about it. The vending machine didn’t give me change back and attendant did nothing. There was hair in the shower, dead bugs in the walls, broken window shades. Punch marks on the bathroom door. Smelled like old cigarettes. Burn marks on the sheets and couch. Mattress on the stairwell. A good thing were the shops and mall nearby. Great location. Horrible ambiance inside the room. Thank goodness it was one night only. I’ve been to worse but been to plenty better places. Marked as “Inn and sweets” but it’s a motel for sure. Towels were stained. Appliances were plugged into one extension cord. Warning!!!
The room was not clean, sheets were stained, first room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. Second was no better. We went to Walmart and bought air freshener and incense to mask it. Survived the night, won’t go back.
It was close to great places to eat though
My room was disgusting and filthy and smelled like smoke! The carpet was full of paint spots and hadn’t been vacuumed. The full length mirror was dirty, the walls had dirty hand prints on the them, the bathroom sink was dirty and the cold water facet didn’t work, there was dirt and dust all along the baseboards in the bathroom, the curtains were falling down on one end of the window, the dresser was beat up, broken and missing a drawer, the frig hadn’t been cleaned and there was an old cheese stick on the top shelf and the coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned from the last person’s stay (the gross coffee filter was still in the pot), part of the door frame was missing, the TV didn’t work and there was electrical tape holding a power strip to the outlet.
The room was completely unfit for anyone to stay there.
I slept in my car in the parking lot and used the room to take a shower in the morning.
PS: One good thing…I had a hot shower!
The location is good for activities in the area, though a little confusing to find as it is off the main road. All the roads are separated by a cement median, so if you miss it, you must travel down the road, make a U-turn, pass it by to make another U-turn.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.
The room hadn't been vacuumed or thoroughly cleaned which is not ok. There were bugs and dirt on the bathroom floor and and the bedroom floor was similarly dirty.
Worse, the mini blinds were broken in the bedroom and sections were missing in the bedroom, violating basic privacy.
For the cost, this is unacceptable.

The hotel was decent for the cost. It is very close to Natick mall, which is a nice feature. Rooms are decently clean. The suite has small kitchen, but no dishes , pans, plates, utensils, etc… not sure if that is on purpose or not. In the smaller room, we had to unplug the air conditioner. It is too cold outside to use the AC, and it will not stop running. The manager is very responsive to our requests.
Not 5 star hotel. Hard to find at first. But quiet Peaceful. Served it purpose

The hotel is very run down. It looks like it was once very nice. It was a perfect location for us and the price was right. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious.
